We accept all major payment methods, including:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash (if applicable)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations
• Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
• Standard delivery via TCS / Local Courier takes 2–5 business days.
• Express delivery is available on request (charges may apply).

• Currently, we ship only within Pakistan.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
  Use this number on the TCS website or contact our support team for updates.
• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused and original packaging items.
• Exchanges are not direct; you can return for a refund and place a new order.
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded, including shipping charges.
